Right from the start, they reached out to me and asked when do I need this by. I told them 2 weeks and they assured me they will be starting to make my daughters dress. They reached out to me one other time and again assured the dress would be hear. It sure was and it fits my daughter beautifully. Very happy we ordered from here.
